Welcome to Across. By using the Across app (“Service”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Overview

Across provides personal calendar and task management features through your device and iCloud account. The app does not operate its own servers.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your device and iCloud account.

You agree to use Across only for lawful purposes.

3. Data Storage

All events and tasks are stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple. Across does not store or access your data on external servers.

If you connect your Google account, calendar data is accessed directly via the official Google Calendar API and used only within the app. No data is transmitted to or stored on any external servers; all processing happens locally on your device.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a reliable service, Across is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from your use of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Across app, including its design and content, are owned by DayMore.

6. Changes to the Service

We may update or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
