Terms of Service

Welcome to Across. By using the Across app (“Service”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Overview
Across provides personal calendar and task management features through your device and iCloud account. For Apple Calendar and Reminders, the app does not operate its own servers.
If you connect your Google account, Across also provides calendar management through the official Google Calendar APIs. In this case, the app uses a backend server solely to enable real-time synchronization (registering watch channels and delivering silent push notifications). This server does not store your calendar events, contacts, or your Google refresh token.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your device, iCloud account, and Google account.
You agree to use Across only for lawful purposes.
3. Data Storage
All Apple events and tasks are stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple. Across does not store or access your Apple data on external servers.
If you connect your Google account, calendar data is accessed directly via the official Google Calendar API and used only within the app. Your calendar events and contacts remain within your Google account and on your device; the Across server stores only the minimum data required for real-time synchronization (such as your email address, device and push notification tokens, and watch channel metadata) and never stores your Google refresh token.
Across’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a reliable service, Across is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from your use of the app.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the Across app, including its design and content, are owned by DayMore.
6. Changes to the Service
We may update or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
